Rules

You must be 18 years of age or older by the time of sign-ups to participate in this project.This event is for bottom Sunday only. This means that pieces will more than likely be NSFW, and by joining this event, you agree to creating works featuring Sunday as the bottom. No switch ships or top!Sunday content will be allowed.All ships are welcome. This means M/M, F/M, Hoyoverse characters—it's all fair game as long as Sunday's bottoming.Dead dove content is allowed, as long as you tag any writing or art posted with the proper warnings and respect the rules of the Discord with regards to dead dove.Treat everyone in this event with respect. All discussion must be civil and respectful, and discussion of fandom drama, politics, or any other controversial or inflammatory topics is strictly prohibited. Bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in removal from this project.No AI. All work shared here must be original. If you are found to be using generative AI to create any part of your work for this bang, you will be removed from this project.Finish all check-ins and submissions on time to the best of your ability. If you miss two or more check-ins without notification and discussion with the mod team, you will be removed from the bang.

Guidelines

Please do not discuss or share any WIPs of your Big Bang pieces outside of the Discord server. There will be a designated period of time ahead of posting for sharing WIPs/Previews of bang pieces.
Writers
- Word Count Minimum: TBD (Will be based on Interest Check results, but the minimum word count will at least be 5000 words)
- The work must be completely new, unpublished, and not shared publicly before the event
- Writers will have a first check-in to submit fic summaries and additional information, and those will then be shared anonymously with Artists as part of the Artist Summary Review/Selection process
Artists
- Artists will create at least one full finished piece of art based on their partnered writer's fic (no limit, artists may create more than one piece if they want)
- The work must be completely new, unpublished, and not shared publicly before the event
- Any style may be used for the event, which includes both traditional and digital as well as comics
- During the Artist Summary Review/Selection period, artists will submit a ranked list of fics they are interested in working with that will then be used to match artist/writer pairings
Betas
- Betas will sign-up either as General or Assigned Beta
- General Betas will not be assigned to a specific fic and will be available on the Discord server if writers need assistance during the creation process
- Assigned Betas will be assigned to a specific fic and writer based on the Artist Summary Review/Selection process if the writer indicates they would like an assigned beta. Additionally, they are also free to help in the Discord if the beta tag is pinged

What is a bang?
A bang, or big bang, is a fandom event in which writers and artists collaborate in order to create something for a given ship, character, or other part of the fandom. Writers will pitch stories anonymously and artists will select which pitches they want to work on, later creating a piece of art for a scene within the writer's fic.What do you mean by "bottom Sunday"?
By bottom Sunday, we mean—to put it a little crudely—any situation where Sunday is getting fucked. Bottoming does not necessarily entail being submissive, so if you want to write Sunday being a dominant bottom, go crazy. Penis not required—Sunday with a vagina is fine by us.How do I apply?
This event is open to everyone, so there's no need to apply! Just sign up and join the Discord and you're all set!I don't want to create NSFW content. Can I still join?
You are welcome to join with SFW pitches; however, we cannot guarantee that there will be artists interested in creating SFW content as this is intended to be an NSFW project. Similiarly, artists, you do not have to create NSFW art even if the fic is NSFW—SFW art of a scene from the fic is also allowed. If you are genuinely uncomfortable with the idea of creating NSFW content, or participating in an NSFW event, we ask that you pass on our event and find something that's a little more your speed.Can I create Dead Dove or "problematic" content?
You may, as long as it is appropriately tagged when posted. We also recommend that you have a second pitch that is not Dead Dove as we cannot guarantee artists will be interested in creating it. Artists will only receive Dead Dove pitches if they have selected that they are willing to see them.What ships am I allowed to create?
Whatever you want! As long as it's a Hoyoverse ship with Sunday on the bottom, you can create for it. Writers, keep in mind, however, that rarer or less popular ships may not always have an artist willing to create for them. We will do our best to curate as wide of a range of ships as we can, but at the end of the day, we cannot force anyone to create for anything they don't want to.Can I join even if I'm new and haven't written Sunday before?

Yes. Joining the Discord is a required part of the event.I'm a writer, can I join together with an artist who's already agreed to collaborate with me on a piece?
Yes. There will be a spot on the form to indicate who you're collaborating with, both for writers during pitch submissions and artists while claiming pitches.Do I have to use an assigned beta?
No, an assigned beta is simply an option we offers for writers. Writers are free to just ping the general beta channel, have a beta outside of the server (NOT to be shared anywhere publicly on socials or other discord servers), or not have a beta at all.
